MAKE IT: Peas + Basil




Since Maddie started eating solids, we've been making her homemade food. We love knowing what is going into her tiny little body, and shhh, we secretly think its pretty fun too! 

INGREDIENTS
+ 1 1/2 c. organic frozen peas
+ 3-4 basil leaves

- steam the peas until tender 
- pour the peas into immersion blender container or blender 
- add some reserve water you used to steam the peas (add a little at a time until you have the consistency you want)
- add your basil leaves and blend
- pour into ice trays or containers, let cool, and freeze



Maddie loves this recipe, and I hope your babe does too!
